I took these before going to a function and I loved how easy they were to take.  The next day, it was a busy day and I was able to finish all of my errands.  I made sure to stay hydrated and to take my electrolytes to ensure I was hydrated.  As a mom of four, always on the go I loved that there were no days wasted in our house!  I will definitely be repurchasing this.

On a ski cabin weekend away full of games, shot skis and late nights, No Days Wasted was a major help for this 30-something crowd! It made the recovery the next morning so much easier - we bounced back and were ready for a snowy hike the next day, no problem. Love the packets that come with 2 pills - easy to pop in your purse, toiletries bag, etc. and take before bed. I bring these with me all the time now!

Perfect hydration capsules

It really helped me with the hangover. I usually don't drink, so when I do I feel really worn out. But I took DNM the night before and woke up like nothing happened. Thanks!

Amazing stuff

These are great for hangover prevention. I don't drink a lot but find that I don't tolerate alcohol as well as I used to, so even 2 glasses of wine is something I'll feel the next day. A friend recommended this to me and I was surprised it worked because I was pretty skeptical. I'm definitely a fan

Great hangover prevention

No Days Wasted DHM Blend is an herbal supplement meant to ease next-day dehydration, sometimes due to having a fun night out. DHM, along with key actives - L-Cysteine, Milk Thistle, and Prickly Pear - help your natural liver enzymes break down acetaldehyde - which is the toxin that alcohol turns into that contributes to you not feeling well the day after drinking. 

Each package comes with 4 "pocket ready packets" and each packet contains 2 capsules. 

The recommended dose and only instructions on the package reads as follows: One capsule one time per day. Take with water and do not take on an empty stomach. Their website however, instructs to take two capsules (one packet) after your first couple of drinks.

My honest review:

I honestly do think that I felt better than I would have had I not used this. I tested this at a house party so I had quite a bit to drink and got home late. The next morning , I didn't feel sick, have a headache or tummy issues which can sometimes occur after I've been drinking. I was mostly tired due to getting to bed late. This product can not replace sleep and water. Make sure you are still drinking water and hopefully getting some sleep!

I bought this online on the Walmart website and it came within a few days so you could potentially order on a Wed/Thur for a Saturday night. I tried to find it in store but it wasn't available in any stores in downtown Toronto (maybe people were prepping for the holidays?). When asking the pharmacist, they said that it should be available in the pharmacy section if it were available at your store.

Room for improvement:

The lack of instructions on the packaging was frustrating. Also, the packet information is wrong. The package says take 1 capsule yet there are 2 in each packet. And upon a further investigation, the website says to take 2. I expected information on when to take the capsules to be on the package and not have to go searching for it - which by the way, I just found now and not on the night I needed the information because it was hard to locate the information even with extensive searching. 

The packaging seems excessive. I suppose because you are meant to take this while you are out, it makes sense that the two capsules are individually wrapped but it still seems like an awful waste. They also come in a larger size in a jar which seems a better solution long term. 

Overall, I am happy with the results of this and very happy to have gotten a chance to try No Days Wasted DHM Blend!

Good product but needs clear instructions!

No days wasted is the perfect name for this product because I woke up feeling good, energy wasn't low and I wasn't dehydrated. I could definitely see myself fitting this product into my daily routine especially during the nights where I'm out socializing with friends, having some drinks and have plans the next day!

No days wasted

During the holidays I of course had a few late nights with heavy meals, cocktails, and rushing from gathering to gathering. Usually this takes a huge toll on my body, especially my digestion and sleep quality. Taking DHM I definitely did notice a difference! I would not say it fully prevented me from feeling poorly the next day (it's not a "get out of jail free" card!), but I know what it feels like when I DON'T take it, so this was significantly better. I was able to be up and productive the next day, more so than if I had not taken it. I'm convinced enough that I would definitely buy another package of these when mine runs out.
